Solera Senior Living, a Denver-based operator, developer and investor of next generation senior living communities across the U.S., announced that it has taken over management of Brightview Bethesda Woodmont, located in Bethesda, Md., from Brightview Senior Living.
The eight-story assisted living and memory care community, located at 4907 Rugby Avenue, in the heart of the dynamic Woodmont Triangle, will be re-branded as Modena Reserve at Bethesda. The community will retain its talented leadership team led by Executive Director, Bobby Thomas, and Director of Sales, Cynthia Ward.
Modena Reserve at Bethesda will join Solera Senior Living’s sister community, Modena Reserve at Kensington, which opened in 2021, in serving the greater Montgomery County area. The community features 113 assisted living and memory care residences with a wide range of spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
“It is our goal to operate communities that inspire a better quality of life for seniors, and Brightview Bethesda Woodmont’s favorable reputation and strong outcomes, combined with its experienced leadership team, makes this a wonderful fit,” said Brittany Patrick, Director of Investments at Solera Senior Living.
Modena Reserve at Bethesda raises the bar for assisted living and memory care in Bethesda, offering an experience like no other, with unrivaled service and care of the highest quality. Residents enjoy best-in-class dining, engaging programs, and convenient proximity to theatrical productions, lectures, concerts, art exhibits, and more.
Modena Reserve at Bethesda’s vibrant residential setting is complemented by service-rich, hospitality-based support and a wealth of amenities including dramatic rooftop decks with views of the Bethesda skyline, a formal dining room, an upscale pub with television and fireplace, a multi-purpose great room for entertainment and gatherings, a private dining room for special occasions, a well-stocked library with computer access stations, a fitness center with state-of-the-art senior-friendly equipment, a full-service beauty/barber shop, a movie theater with sloped seating, and 24-hour concierge services. Solera will re-open the café, shortly after closing, offering craft-brewed coffee, local gourmet pastries, and an ambience designed to be more than a coffee shop — it’s an intergenerational gathering place for residents, friends, families, and neighbors.
Assisted Living at Modena Reserve at Bethesda is designed to offer a helping hand with daily living, with the independence to follow one’s passions.
